Our 85% Cacao Nacional single varietal chocolate is sourced, from Santa Elena, Ecuador. Its hot, humid climate and deep soils yields fine flavor cacao. Rich agroforestry in the area Integrates cacao with fruit trees and native flora, enhancing its unique flavor profile and supporting biodiversity.
Our 72% and 61% Peruvian chocolate is sustainably sourced from family owned and operated farms in the high Amazonia region known as Rupa Rupa. Mineral-rich water from the Andes mountains runs off into this area, creating fertile soil ideal for growing cacao. It is know for producing fine flavor cacao, which are rare and delicate in flavor.
