We’ve combined buttery and crisp English-style toffee with coarse salt mined from ancient sea salt deposits in the Himalyan Mountains of Nepal in a high cacao Peruvian milk chocolate. The fats in the milk chocolate and the toffee complement eachother while the salt adds brightness to the flavor. Notes of burnt caramel, sour cream and toasted nut flavor. The beans are fermented 7 days, dried 7 days with a medium roast.

Our 47% Peruvian chocolate is sustainably sourced from family owned and operated farms in the high Amazonia region known as Rupa Rupa. Mineral-rich water from the Andes mountains runs off into this area, creating fertile soil ideal for growing cacao. It is known for producing fine flavor cacao, which are rare and delicate in flavor.
