It draws its inspiration from a refreshing local delicacy in the Yucatan Peninsula, favored on hot days - a fresh sliced orange with a light dusting of chili powder. This gluten-free chocolate bar leads with a citrusy nose, melts into a creamy sensation and finishes with a kick of red pepper that lingers. 30% cacao ethically sourced from West Africa.
