A remarkably smooth and creamy blend of fine aroma Peruvian beans. This well balanced bar contains nibs from the same beans used to make the bar, roasted to a nutty perfection and a delicious crunch. Flavor is hearty and creamy with a light crunch from well-roasted nibs. The bar has a nutty finish, with a light astringency in perfect balance. These high quality beans are fermented 6 days, dried 6 days with a medium roast.
In addition to paying farmers fairly, jcoco donates 10% of net profits to providing additional support to cacao farmers.
