Our darkest bar yet. Expertly crafted from 100% Rupa Rupa fine flavor cacao beans sourced from the high Amazonian region of Peru, this mouthwatering bar will change your perceptions of high cacao content chocolate.
The bar has a velvety mouthfeel, a cherry fruit aroma and fresh cacao fruit notes. Remarkably sweet for such a low sugar bar, the added sugar is just enough to allow the cacao to sing.
The high cocoa (lower sugar) content provides significant amounts of antioxidants, fiber, and minerals like iron and magnesium. These components can support heart health, improve blood flow, boost mood and improve brain function. The beans are fermented 6 days, dried 5 days with a low roast to retain much of the cacao's natural fruit flavor and acidity.

Our rare 85% Peruvian chocolate is sustainably sourced from family owned and operated farms in the high Amazonia region known as Rupa Rupa. Mineral-rich water from the Andes mountains runs off into this area, creating fertile soil ideal for growing cacao.
